What is reFRESH?
reFRESH is a weekly worship experience for college students who attend Wayland
Baptist University, South Plains College or any other South Plains area colleges.

Why the name reFRESH?
We want to provide a place where college students can come and be reFRESHED
by the Spirit of God through worship, prayer, fellowship and God's Word.

When and where does reFRESH meet?
reFRESH meets every Wednesday night at 6:00 p.m. (except during the summer).
Usually reFRESH meets at First Baptist Church Family Life Center.

What happens at reFRESH?
Each week is a little different, but normally, you can expect about thirty minutes of
worship led by David O'Brien and a twenty-thirty minute message from Greg, as well as some other creative worship elements!
